How we work

  • We book and pay for the hall.

  • We publish every judge’s mark, the same evening.

  • We credit every performer by name.

  • We stay off the stage.

What we do

We book the hall, hang the lightsand publish the scores.

You bring the voice. We handle everything around it — the room, the sound, the judges, the film and the prize — and then we stay off the stage.

  1. 01

    The hall

A proper hall in Ipaja, booked and paid for. Sound and light are set before the doors open at 2:30pm.

  2. 02

    The judges

Two named judges, working to four written criteria, twenty-five marks each.

  3. 03

    The sheet

Marks are read out on the day. The full score sheet goes up the same evening.

  4. 04

    The film

Every performance filmed properly and cut within 21 days — yours to keep and share.

A young man dancing in a Lagos street at dusk while neighbours film him on their phones.
